Eligibility: RSNA 2009 conference attendees that register and secure a hotel reservation through RSNA for the 2009 annual meeting during a pre-defined 7-day period of September 17–23, 2009 are eligible for complimentary registration and hotel stay during RSNA 2009.

1. One winner will be selected during the pre-defined 7-day period in a random drawing.
   
   
2. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 5 business days of the pre-defined 7-day period. If potential winner cannot be reached after 5 business days from first notification attempt, such prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
   
   
3. Registration prize will cover:
   1. Complimentary RSNA 2009 registration (up to $680) for the named winner only—registration cannot be shared.
   2. Winner will be responsible for all additional fee courses and/or tours.
      
      
4. Hotel prize will cover:
   1. Single/double occupancy at any RSNA 2009 contracted hotel under $300 per night for the named winner only. Some exceptions may apply.
   2. No more than 5 nights will be provided complimentary and all nights must be consecutively booked in one hotel.
   3. Winner will be responsible for all incidental charges and expenses.
      
      
5. If winner cancels registration or hotel accommodations for any reason, the complimentary hotel stay is forfeited. This prize carries no cash value, cannot be exchanged and is not transferable.
